Fair Work Australia (FWA) granted approval of First Grade’s own Enterprise Agreement on 9 June 2015. The existence of First Grade Recruitment Collective Agreement has provided our business with profit stability and streamlined our payroll processes.

First Grade has the ability to pay our candidates under our instrument to pay rates that are appropriate to your industry and current market conditions. This provides your business with a distinct advantage to non EA labour hire firms.
