About the Role Working across large-scale subdivision and development projects, you'll lead a small team while remaining hands-on in the delivery of commercial landscaping works. You'll be responsible for maintaining productivity, quality and safety on site while ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small commercial landscaping crew
• Read and interpret landscape and construction plans
• Set out works using a laser level
• Complete hands-on landscaping duties alongside the team
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors and other trades on site

What We're Looking For To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Leading Hand in commercial landscaping
• Experience working on civil construction, subdivisions or land development projects
• Ability to confidently read and interpret construction and landscape plans
• Experience using laser levels for set-out
• Strong practical landscaping skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety

Desirable

• White Card
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
• Relevant machinery tickets or landscaping qualifications
