• Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) – First Grade empowers our Commonwealth Government clients to fulfill obligatory criteria set forth by the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP).
• Mandatory Set Aside (MSA) - The Mandatory Set Aside (MSA) is a component of the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) introduced by the Australian government in 2015. It permits all Commonwealth agencies to reserve procurements that are entirely conducted within Australia and fall within the valuation range of $80,000 to $200,000 (inclusive of GST).
• Mandatory Minimum Indigenous Participation Requirements (MMR) - pertain to contracts entirely carried out within Australia and valued at $7.5 million or higher. These contracts are subject to Indigenous employment and business participation goals. Achievement of contract-based and organisation-based MMR targets can be accomplished by integrating Indigenous suppliers within the supply chain, fostering Indigenous employment within the workforce, or a strategic blend of both (supply chain and workforce).
