Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to make an impact in a dynamic team? We are seeking an Administration Officer to be a vital part of the Corporate Customer Experience Team at Logan City Council.
Job Description
Business and Administrative Support Services: - Provide high-quality administrative support to the Corporate Customer Experience Team, exercising sound judgement and displaying initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity in the performance of duties.
- Produce various documents including letters, reports and minutes of meetings, provide outstanding internal and external customer service, and identify innovative opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the corporate change of address process, manage the day-to-day name and address register records, process online registrations, and complete the monthly customer satisfaction surveys.

General: - Exercise a degree of autonomy within defined guidelines, policies, and procedures, and undertake any other duties that are within scope of skills, competence, and training.
Preferred Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy work environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and adapting to new software applications.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, manage own time, and prioritize activities to meet deadlines.
- High degree of literacy and numeracy, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with others with tact, understanding, and respect.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certificate III in Business Administration would be highly regarded.
