About the Role
As a Maintenance Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support in a busy operational environment. You will handle customer enquiries, process maintenance requests, and ensure accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities - Respond professionally to inbound customer calls and maintenance enquiries
- Deliver accurate and timely administrative support, including data entry and record management
- Maintain high standards of customer service for internal and external stakeholders
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Ensure accuracy when updating systems, reports, and documentation
Mandatory Requirements - Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Highly Desirable Skills - Strong time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and remain proactive
- Self-guided learning capability with on-the-job training
- General office and Microsoft Outlook skills
- Maintenance industry knowledge (advantageous)
