Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven
Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Whether you have prior recruitment experience or come from an administrative background with strong transferable skills, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in supporting well-run, efficient recruitment processes that are aligned to our clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities - Shortlisting
Participate in shortlisting sessions and produce clear, accurate shortlisting outcomes and reports. - Recruitment Administration
Manage records of decisions, coordinate candidate communications, schedule interviews, and prepare complete panel packs and interview schedules. - Interview Scribing
Attend interviews (virtually or in person) and accurately capture discussions, assessments and outcomes with professionalism and discretion. - Interview Coordination
Schedule and confirm interviews, ensuring candidates and panel members are fully informed and prepared. - Proposal Quoting
Prepare detailed quotes for recruitment services and support the tracking of milestones across assignments. - Selection Reporting
Produce high-quality comparative statements, nomination reports and associated documentation. - Reference Checking
Conduct structured reference checks to gather insights on candidates’ background and suitability. - Candidate Feedback
Provide clear, professional and constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Key Skills & Attributes - Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated writing capability, including producing accurate and well-structured reports
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Confidence using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
