About the Role:
As a General Labourer, you will be involved in various aspects of modular construction, including the assembly, installation and maintenance of workforce housing, educational facilities, commercial spaces, and more. Your role will be essential in ensuring that these projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and installation of modular buildings, including site offices, lunch rooms, toilet blocks, first aid facilities and classrooms.
• Operate hand and power tools to construct, modify and repair modular units.
• Load, unload and transport materials and equipment around the site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a labouring role, preferably in construction or a related industry.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening.
• Completion of a full pre employment medical, confirming fitness and health for work.
